Indulge in the goodness of authentic  Sicilian Extra Virgin Oilve Oil. The Olives were harvested from Bucolic Hillside Olive Groves in Sicily, Italy  just outside of Palermo. Family owned and operated for generations. Some of these ancient trees are over 500 years old. The trees are pruned, cultivated and maintained year round to produce optimum consistent fruit quality. Each olive is hand picked, not mechanical picked to ensure no bruising or damaging of the fruit. Once picked they are taken to the mill where the oil is extracted from the olives using the cold press method to preserve the flavor and aroma.
